Conclusion:-Bilateral otitis media. Co-existing left otitis media.-Bilateral submandibular, medial retropharyngeal, buccal and left superficial cervicallymphadenopathy findings compatible with reactive lymphadenitis.-Mild dilatation of the right olfactory bulb by CSF, a finding of no clinical significance.-Absence of multiple dental elements of the upper and lower jaw bilaterally.Clinical, laboratory and neurological assessment is recommended.
